Spoken punctuation

The Voiceitt speech-to-text API supports the conversion of spoken punctuation commands to symbols e.g. 'comma' to ','.

For supported commands see the section “Commands for punctuation marks and special characters” in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-speech-recognition-commands-9d25ef36-994d-f367-a81a-a326160128c7#bkmk_punctuationwin11

Conversion can be escaped using the word ‘literal’ before the command phrase (e.g. ‘literal comma' will be converted to just 'comma’).
